Buyers Real Estate Agents:
Confirm with White Glove how access will be granted. Will you be on-site, will we be provided with a code, does White Glove need to make arrangements with the listing agent, etc. Knowing up front will eliminate confusion onsite.
Encourage NO attendance at the inspection. Our inspectors are unable to serve the community if they do not remain healthy. For them to remain healthy their exposure to others must be as limited as possible. Please see the attendance policy for clients above.
You will also be required to wear a mask in accordance with the updated shelter in place order for essential workers and businesses.
Please, confirm with the listing agent if the property is occupied or vacant and that that information has been relayed to White Glove.
