Be sure to complete all necessary documents and payments online through the provided links on your confirmation email.  Our goal is to have a contact free inspection at this time.

We genuinely appreciate your help in keeping our inspector, you, the buyer, the Realtors, the families who live at the properties, and the real estate property to remain healthy.  The only way we can all remain healthy and safe is if everyone participates and helps during these unusual times.

This email supersedes any emails with attendance recommendations, as our COVID-19 response is meant to end as soon as possible.

Buyers Real Estate Agents:

Confirm with White Glove how access will be granted. Will you be on-site, will we be provided with a code, does White Glove need to make arrangements with the listing agent, etc.  Knowing up front will eliminate confusion onsite.

Encourage NO attendance at the inspection.  Our inspectors are unable to serve the community if they do not remain healthy.  For them to remain healthy their exposure to others must be as limited as possible.  Please see the attendance policy for clients above.

You will also be required to wear a mask in accordance with the updated shelter in place order for essential workers and businesses.

Please, confirm with the listing agent if the property is occupied or vacant and that that information has been relayed to White Glove.

Please, encourage your clients/sellers/occupants to clean well and disinfect prior to and after we enter the property, even if the occupants are well.  Areas that need focus would be kitchen fixtures, bathroom fixtures, toilet handles, and doorknobs, etc.

Make arrangements for all occupants/owners/etc. to not be at the property during the inspection.  Be sure all animals at the property are caged or removed for the inspection. If anyone remains on the property they will be required to wear a mask in accordance with the updated shelter in place order for essential workers and businesses and they will need to practice social distancing.
