Residential Inspections

Luxury Home Inspections

Luxury homes have unique features that demand a different type of Residential Inspection aka Home Inspection and an experience inspector. Unique and high-end differences that might be present are additional appliances, custom finishing, commercial components, custom and specialty use rooms, and more. These unique features require a higher level of detail and attention during the inspection process. Working with an inspector who is familiar with the different demands of a luxury property will be key to having success in your real estate transaction. During the luxury inspection, the inspector will conduct the same standard of residential home inspection that you would expect from the standard inspection. The difference comes down to paying attention to the details, having the right tools and knowledge, and providing high-end customer care.

We offer comprehensive commercial inspections for a wide range of properties, including offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and much more. Our commercial inspections focus on the evaluation of the building's structure, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, safety concerns, and follows the ASTM#2018 standard for commercial inspections. A multi-point thermal inspection is included with all of our inspections, this standalone service of a thermal inspection goes well beyond that basic scope for standard inspection required by state licensing law.

​Exterior Insulation and Finishing System (E.I.F.S., Dryvit®, Synthetic Stucco) is a popular
synthetic stucco cladding used in both residential and commercial construction. Our E.I.F.S.
synthetic stucco inspections are specialized inspections that assess the installation, condition, and
