Indoor Air Quality Testing
Volatile Organic Compounds
An indoor air quality test, also referred to as a Volitial Organic Compound (VOC) test is a great testing option for those who have chemical sensitivities or have a compromised immune system, or even for those who wish to live a VOC-free lifestyle.
Studies show our indoor air is up to 5x worse than outside. Since most of us now spend 90% of our time inside, a simple VOC test can determine your air quality. Taking care of the air we breathe is a huge step towards assuring good health.
The base VOC Predict test will find over 500+ chemicals, ambient active mold growth, and other air pollutants from paint, adhesives, household furnishings and fixtures, household products, and more! Additional testing to extend the range of chemicals, tobacco smoke exposure, and formaldehyde can be added to your base VOC test.
White Glove Building Inspections, Inc. offers VOC testing as a stand-alone service or as a part of an inspection bundle. Average turn around time on the VOC test is 3-5 business days, however, in rare cases, up to 10 days may be needed for turn around time. It is best to discuss your options with your attorney and real estate agent to move forward on extending an inspection review period.
Since every property is different it is best to call White Glove Building Inspections, Inc. directly at 630-428-4555 to talk to a client care coordinator to review your options and provide you with an accurate quote.
