An inspection is a visual inspection of the property at that snapshot in time. The inspection covers the mechanical and structural components and any health and safety concerns. The Real Estate 7.0 Contract specifically outlines those points too. Cosmetics are not a part of the inspection. White Glove inspectors will take the opportunity to educate our customers beyond the minimum requirements. Condo inspections start for as little as $325.00, townhomes for as little as $360.00, and single-family homes for as little as $395.00.
