Radon is a Class A carcinogen and is the second leading cause to over 20,000 cases of lung cancer a year.
With the severe health effects radon can bring, the EPA highly recommends testing for radon, as testing is the only way to know if your family is at risk in your home.
Safe and reliable radon testing is a must when looking to buy or sell a home.
Our team of professionals offers the most exact form of radon testing available.
For more information on Radon, see the EPA's

Mold can be troublesome whether you are buying or selling a home. Mold can mean interior water leaks, structural damage, and health concerns.
White Glove understands how important an accurate assessment of the presence of mold is, as well as the damage caused, and the related health concerns.
When to Test for Mold:
• When purchasing a home.
• After any type of flooding, roof leaks, or water penetration.
• When you smell mold or mildew, even if it is not visually noticeable.
• If anyone in your home is suffering from respiratory problems, or chronic colds or flu.
Sewer Scope Inspection
An inspection of the property’s sewer line in order to evaluate its condition and to identify any components that may be in need of immediate repair or clearing of debris.
Conducting a sewer scope can be one of the most cost-effective ways to discover if the sewer line is compromised in any way and to save you from a very costly repair. Regardless of the property's age or type of property, a sewer line can be compromised. Blockages, roots, collapse and more can impact the health of your sewer and plumbing system.
White Glove's in-house Sewer Scope inspectors will be able to provide you with a detailed written report and video of the Sewer Scope Inspection.
