White Glove Building Inspections, Inc. has been serving the greater Chicagoland area since 1990. We are a multi-disciplined inspection company with 5 licensed inspectors and full-time administrative personnel ready to serve you. We work Monday—Saturday and return calls after-hours through our paging system. Our primary focus is to provide our clients with a service that will help give additional confidence and peace of mind within a real estate transaction. Our strength lies in our inspectors' experience, continuing education, certifications, and professionalism when working with our clients.
Mission Statement
We, at White Glove Building Inspections, Inc., understand the buyers/sellers need for a timely and quality inspection for the real estate purchasing/selling process. We are committed to prompt, professional service and providing an unbiased inspection that is performed in accordance with the Illinois License ACT (225 ILCS41).
We also adhere to the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, which are the most widely accepted home inspection guidelines (next to Illinois Licensing) used today and are recognized by many authorities as the definitive standard for professional performance in the home inspection profession. They include all of the home's major internal and external systems and are checked for adequacy, age/life-span, safety, condition, maintenance, and efficiency.
